Customers can place orders, track status, receive shipment notifications, register complaints, provide feedback and avail a host of e-services through GlassDirect.

Digital Awareness was created among operations managers through a series of communication capsules, video tutorials and workshops. Nearly 50 opportunities were identified in early 2017 – in Process Automation, Real-Time Monitoring, Data Analytics, Predictive Maintenance, Automated ID, Positioning and Tracking, Digital Learning and Visual Factory Management.
