The Infopark Kochi is built up with a space of 3.2 million sq ft houses with 80 companies employing over 15,000 people. The recently concluded Emerging Kerala Summit attracted good response for the proposed expansion plans. A few proposals from Bangalore were received to associate as co-developers. Investors will be allotted land. Cognizant and TCS are developing a 1.5 million sq ft and 1 million sq ft respectively. This move marks God’s own country emerging as the next IT hub.
