Promoted by Maansarovar Motors, a well-known name in Chennai’s auto retail scene, the 4,700 sq. ft showroom is situated in Teynampet, a prime location in the city. It is the biggest among 35 showrooms VinFast plans to open across India this year.

The facility will display VinFast’s premium electric SUVs, the VF 6 and VF 7, offering customers a hands-on experience with the brand’s latest models.

“Chennai’s thriving infrastructure and talent make it an ideal location for our first and largest dealership in Tamil Nadu,” said Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia.

VinFast began accepting pre-bookings for the VF 6 and VF 7 on July 15, with a refundable booking amount of ₹21,000. Customers can reserve vehicles online or at any VinFast showroom.

The company has also partnered with RoadGrid, myTVS, and Global Assure to set up a national charging and after-sales network. Additionally, it has teamed up with BatX Energies to support battery recycling and promote sustainable practices in the EV industry.

VinFast aims to open 35 dealerships in over 27 cities across India by the end of 2025.
