Impacteers aims to reach 10 million individuals and one million businesses within the next 24 months. The company currently employs over 200 people and plans to expand to more than 450 by March 2026, with a significant increase in engineering staff.
The platform introduces the B2T category to address the gap between education and employability. It is backed by over two years of research and development and a team of 125-plus engineers.
Impacteers offers two flagship AI products: Xooper, an AI recruitment engine that automates up to 80 per cent of HR tasks, screens more than 10,000 resumes in under a minute, conducts structured interviews with AI-led assessments and provides shortlists with role-fit accuracy. Glueblu is a culture and engagement tool that uses diagnostics and AI insights to support employee retention and productivity in organisations.
Javaji said, “With 1.4 billion people in India and 8 billion globally, talent is not the problem. The problem is access, alignment and evolution. We don’t just match people to jobs, we help them discover their purpose and build capabilities.”
Dr. Tanjore said, “We are building for the 85 per cent of students, small business owners and mid-career professionals whose lives depend on meaningful work. AI can cut discovery time from years to minutes.”
Korada added, “Talent is the most underleveraged engine of business performance. We are turning that engine on with data, direction and dignity.”
According to the company, over 85 per cent of India’s workforce is underemployed or in roles misaligned with their skills, and 1.2 billion young people are entering a job market undergoing rapid change due to AI. Phase 1 of Impacteers’ rollout will focus on India’s AI economy talent ecosystem before expanding globally. The platform is open for onboarding by individuals, employers, HR leaders, educational institutions and social impact organisations.
