TVS launches electric cargo 3W ‘King Kargo HD EV’ at ₹3.85 lakh

TVS Motor Company, a leading two- and three-wheeler maker, has launched the TVS King Kargo HD EV, a bluetooth-enabled cargo three-wheeler, priced at ₹3.85 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi).

Targeted at urban and semi-urban logistics, the vehicle combines advanced connectivity, safety and comfort features. A CNG variant of the model will follow later in 2025, the company said in a statement.

Backed by a 6-year/1.5 lakh km warranty, the EV offers a top speed of 60 km/h, 6.6 ft load deck, 235 mm ground clearance, and water wading capacity of 500 mm. It has a charging time of 3 hours 10 minutes and promises the lowest loading height (703 mm) and turning radius (3,420 mm) in its category.

Rajat Gupta, Business Head – Commercial Mobility, TVS Motor Company, said the TVS King Kargo HD would offer high load capability, comfort, ergonomics and safety. “Coupled with the TVS Connect Fleet, the vehicle will empower businesses and improve the everyday life of operators,” he added.

The company said the new cargo electric 3W comes with segment-first features such as TVS SmartXonnect™ with 26 smart functions, LED headlamps and tail lamps, a spacious cabin with rolling windows, twin-axis rear-view mirrors, and a dedicated Power Gear Mode for higher torque under load. For fleet operators, the TVS Connect Fleet platform offers 31 advanced features including real-time tracking, remote asset control, alerts, APIs, reports and dashboards.

In the first phase, the TVS King Kargo HD EV will be available in Delhi, NCR towns, Rajasthan and Bengaluru.
