The company had entered the affordable housing finance space last year under its Emerging Business segment, which also covers Small Business Loans. With the new offering, it plans to deepen its reach in Tier-2 and Tier-3 towns.

“We are bullish on affordable housing finance and see this as a fast-growing segment for the company. The Anugraha ‘Housing Finance for All’ product aligns with our focus to expand deep into smaller towns. This launch reflects our commitment to making home ownership more inclusive and accessible,” said D. Lakshminarayanan, Managing Director, Sundaram Home Finance.

The company has more than 50 branches in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh under the Emerging Business segment and recorded disbursements of over ₹200 crore last year.

For the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, Sundaram Home Finance posted a net profit of ₹62 crore on disbursements worth ₹1,488 crore.
