MRF Q2 net up 12%

Tyre major MRF reported a seven per cent increase in its consolidated total income to Rs 7487 crore for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025, as compared to Rs 6994 crore for the corresponding quarter ended 30th September, 2024.

The consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 699 crore for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025, as compared to Rs 631 crore for the corresponding quarter ended 30th September, 2024.

Provision for tax for the quarter under review is Rs 173 crore. After making tax provision, the consolidated net profit for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025, is up by 12 per cent to Rs 526 crore as compared to Rs 471 crore for the corresponding quarter ended 30th September, 2024.

“The overall financial performance for the quarter ended 30th September, 2025 has been better, with profit growth driven by softening of raw material prices,” said a release from the company.
