The opportunities will be explored combining PALFINGER’s specialised equipment technologies with TVS Mobility Group’s operational capabilities and domain expertise of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, the logistics arm of TVS Supply Chain, according to a statement.

As part of its growth plans aligned with its Strategy 2030+, PALFINGER will invest Rs 350 crore in the first phase to establish a manufacturing facility in Pune by calendar year 2027. TVS Mobility Group will support PALFINGER’s India expansion by enabling supply chain readiness, market access and lifecycle support through its integrated ecosystem, it added.

As PALFINGER establishes its Strategy 2030+ plans to serve domestic and global markets, TVS Mobility Group will play a key role in enabling operational readiness, faster go-to-market and scalable lifecycle support. The partnership brings together the Group’s integrated capabilities across supply chain, dealership and aftermarket services to support PALFINGER’s growth in India, as per the statement.

Through the collaboration, TVS Mobility Group will leverage the combined strengths (but with separate contractual arrangements) of TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), TVS Automobile Solutions (TVS ASL) and TVS Smart Mobility (TVS SM) to deliver end-to-end logistics, dealership, aftermarket and mobility solutions, enabling efficient market access, service readiness and long-term customer support.

TVS SCS, will anchor PALFINGER’s supply chain readiness in India as it strengthens its manufacturing footprint. By managing inbound logistics from Austria, FTWZ operations and integrated warehousing, TVS SCS will enable efficient material flow, operational continuity and scalable distribution capabilities.

TVS SM will support PALFINGER’s faster go-to-market strategy through its established dealership ecosystem of over 150 network points across India. Leveraging its nationwide operational footprint, the company will enable structured Vehicle-on-Demand and mobility solutions, facilitating market reach, flexible deployment and customer accessibility at scale.

TVS ASL will drive lifecycle support through its nationwide parts distribution and service infrastructure. By integrating aftermarket operations with the broader mobility ecosystem, TVS ASL will enable service readiness, improved turnaround times and higher equipment uptime for customers.

“This partnership builds on our existing relationship with PALFINGER and reinforces our role as an integrated mobility solutions provider supporting global equipment companies in India. By leveraging the combined strengths of TVS Supply Chain Solutions, TVS Automobile Solutions and TVS Smart Mobility, we aim to enable faster go-to-market, operational efficiency and scalable lifecycle support to support PALFINGER’s  growth in India,” R. Dinesh, Director, TVS Mobility Group, said.

“TVS Mobility brings strong operational presence, infrastructure, and execution capabilities. This makes them a strong partner for us all over India. By combining strengths, we are expanding our footprint, improving parts availability and service responsiveness, and building a scalable platform for sustainable growth. This collaboration is a key building block to bring our APAC growth strategy to life as part of Strategy 2030+.,”  Andreas Klauser, CEO, PALFINGER AG, said.
