The designation places eligible enterprises operating from Jhirka Valley in the top tier of fiscal support under the state’s new policy, which is aimed at accelerating MSME investment, exports, technology adoption, sustainability and employment generation across Haryana, the company said in a statement.
Located within the Nuh/Mewat industrial corridor and connected through NH-248A, the area is emerging as a strategic location for manufacturing, logistics and export-oriented businesses, it added.
Under the new policy, Haryana has moved from its earlier district-based incentive structure to a zone-specific framework comprising Core, Intermediate, Sub-Prime and Prime/Focus areas. The classification is determined by a location’s notified status rather than its administrative district.
For eligible enterprises setting up manufacturing or export operations at LML Industrial Park, the Prime/Focus classification provides access to the highest incentive slab under the policy, with an indicative incentive ceiling of up to Rs 10 crore per eligible unit, subject to applicable conditions and the overall ceiling prescribed under the policy, the company said.
Key incentives available at Prime/Focus locations include: Capital investment subsidy of 30 per cent of eligible capital expenditure, subject to a ceiling of Rs 4 crore per unit and 100 per cent refund of stamp duty paid on land purchase or lease.
Other incentives include Net SGST reimbursement of up to 70 per cent for seven years and assistance for technology upgradation, automation, R&D infrastructure and quality certification. There is also local employment generation subsidy of up to Rs 1.2 lakh per employee per year for 10 years.
The Haryana Progressive MSME & Export Promotion Policy 2026 targets Rs 55,000 crore of MSME investment and 5 lakh new jobs across the state, while also seeking to double Haryana’s exports over the next five years.
“Haryana’s 2026 policy rewards enterprises for choosing sites that are genuinely ready for scale, not just sites with an address. Jhirka Valley was developed with that standard in mind, and this notification reinforces its potential as a location for manufacturers and exporters,” Dr. Yogesh Bhatia, Managing Director, LML Group, said.
For businesses evaluating where to establish their next facility, the Prime/Focus classification translates into access to the highest tier of fiscal support currently available under the policy, he added.
