With a prosperous careers with L&T Construction and Reliance, M Subramaniam (MS) had deep insights on the infrastructure sector. MS also had a high degree of social consciousness as well. He used to be active in organising seminars highlighting the importance of the construction sector. Despite falling health, he used to exert to advance the cause of this sector. He named his house  Kargil to perpetuate his participation in the war effort. With his demise we will dearly miss the effervescent passion of a socially – conscious leader.
