Amit Kalyani, Vice Chairman and Joint Managing Director of Bharat Forge Ltd., has been closely associated with the Kalyani Group’s businesses for over 25 years and has led the Group’s expansion into aerospace, defence, electric mobility and advanced materials.

Over several years, he has worked closely with R. K. Goyal, Managing Director, Kalyani Steels, to shape and drive the Company’s growth strategy. He takes the helm of a company that has grown from a captive supplier to Bharat Forge into a respected producer serving automotive, industrial and strategic sectors in India and global markets, with Total Income rising from Rs. 19.2 crore in 1984 to Rs. 1,902 crore in FY 2025-26.

“Amit’s active engagement has made a significant impact on the Company’s growth strategy, and I am confident that under his leadership Kalyani Steels will build on its foundations and set new benchmarks for the industry,” he said.

Dr. Kalyani will continue to offer his counsel to the Board.
