Apollo to establish multi-speciality hospital at Dwarka, New Delhi

Apollo Hospitals said its board has approved establishment of a multi-speciality hospital at Dwarka, New Delhi.

The project will be developed on a land parcel admeasuring 9.33 acres being leased from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA). The multi-speciality hospital project will be implemented in a phased manner, the company said in a statement.

Land parcel of 9.33 acres allotted on license basis for a period of 55 years, it added.

Development of a super specialty hospital with allied healthcare services is being planned. Licence Agreement to be executed within one year, the company said.

There will be an licence fee of Rs 33.3 crore starting from the fifth year with annual escalations and the company will incorporate a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for execution and implementation of project, it added.
