Trescon’s Big CIO Show united influential leaders to a powerful platform that focussed about progress. Officially supported by NITI Aayog and powered by Intel Xeon; Big CIO Show culminated with a product launch by Intel and a new event announcement by Trescon.
The 12th edition of the Big CIO Show held in Bengaluru brought together industry leaders who shared insights and actionable strategies to address the rapidly changing tech landscape. On this stage, Intel launched, Xeon, which promises to accelerate performance across the fastest-growing workloads. Trescon also made a significant announcement regarding the launch of the Digital Acceleration & Transformation Expo (DATE), an upcoming event that will feature 10 co-located events and in New Delhi on November 23 & 24, 2023.
HH Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiya, the Maharaja of Mysore, lit the lamp to mark the beginning of the Big CIO Show. At the event he said, “The key focus is for Mysore to be the cyber security beacon in India and also to become an economic driver by supporting IT infrastructure, which is already overburdened in Bengaluru and in many cities.”
Big CIO Show covered a wide range of relevant industry topics through panel discussions, keynote presentations, and other engaging sessions. The prime attraction, the Big CIO Awards, honoured top 100 leaders and innovators of the tech industry.
The panel discussion, “Beyond DX: Driving Innovation & Transformation” explored the importance of CIOs adapting to an ever-changing market and embracing the digital disruption that the latest and emerging technologies have brought to the market.
Another panel discussed in detail, “Once in the Cloud, there is no turning back.” The panel delved into the theme of creating digital experiences, exploring the ways in which businesses can leverage advanced technologies like AI and ML to achieve operational excellence.
The two panels included companies like: Zee5, Zivame, Paper Boat, LIC Mutual Funds, Udaan, MakeMyTrip, Titan, Daimler, Tata CliQ, and Practo.
“As we look towards the future of technology, it is clear that the cloud is no longer a choice, but a crucial component of success. It is important that we embrace its power to shape our digital world,” said Kishore AK, Chief Technology Officer, ZEE5.
The other panel discussed about, “Securing Sensitive Data with Confidential Computing: Opportunities and Challenges.” This Intel exclusive panel highlighted about confidential computing, exploring its potential benefits and challenges.
Vikram Chauhan, Director & Head of Enterprise & Government Business at Intel India spoke about future forward: digitally transformed India; and emphasised digitalisation’s potential to drive growth in an inclusive India. Ramprakash Ramamoorthy, Director of AI Research, ManageEngine, discussed the future of IT delivery, going beyond digital transformation to technological transformation.
Finally, the “Humans with Machines,” a fireside chat discussed the ways in which AI can augment and transform the human and robotic workforces, rather than replacing them.
