Cloobot Techlabs, a Chennai based tech company has developed a prompt based no-code workflow builder named Cloobot X, aimed to cut down development time and overcome limitations of current no-code applications.

The platform allows to design, customise, automate and create workflows without the use of extensive code. The application is developed with a primary vision of democratising AI enterprise systems and empowering individuals from all walks of life to harness the power of data.

Tech for all
Cloobot X was recently unveiled by Dr Palanivel Thiagarajan, Minister of Information Technology and Digital Services of Tamil Nadu, Dheeraj Kumar IAS, Principal Secretary, Information Technology and Digital Services department and Vanitha Venigopal, CEO, iTNT Hub. This application cuts down development time by 10X. With teams in Chennai and Mumbai, the company has 20 employees in total.

Over the past decade, he has developed a range of digital and electronic products from biomedical devices to reinforcement learning. The idea of Cloobot story traces back to Tejasvin’s research project at the MIT, where he explored the adoption of smart systems.

Gen-AI powered development tool
Earlier, the company used to manually configure custom applications using it’s no-code platform to help companies in construction, facilities management and infrastructure sector to digitalise their operations. But since 22 January, the process has been automated using Gen-AI where users can input commands and generate the desired results. 15 enterprises have been given pilot access to test the feature.

Another USD 100,000 from prominent angel investors have been raised recently. Cloobot Techlabs has also been selected in the US based Alchemist’s Accelerator Program which is amongst the top 10 accelerator programmes globally.

Speaking to IE, Tejasvin said, “among non-traditional user groups, the no-code platform has a lot of untapped potential. While we initially anticipated strong demand from tech-savvy individuals and startups, we’ve witnessed a growing surge in interest from a broader audience that include MSMEs, non-profit organisations,…”

The shift demonstrates the demand for such solutions extending beyond the realm of professionals. Tejasvin further explained that the purpose of the platform was to empower everyone to effortlessly create and customise powerful applicatios through the prompt-based no-code workflow builder. “We envision a world where every individual, equipped with creativity and vision, can shape the digital future without constraints,” he added.
