Ms Grace Lalrindiki Pachuau, District Collector, Perambalur, was the chief guest and Dr J Rafiq Ahmed, Executive Chairman and MD, KICL, the guest of honour.

The event was an effort to inspire the candidates. Also, it was seen as a role model initiative to foster industry engagement in socially impactful employment.

He said that his organisation would identify the requirements and try to accommodate others as well with suitable placement. He called upon others in the industry to come forward and help in skilling differently-abled persons and also providing them jobs.
