Mastek inks deal to sell building in Mahindra City
Mastek said it had entered a Memorandum of Understanding for sale commercial building with an approximate built-up area of 1,57,233 Sq. ft. on a leased land admeasuring 15.50 acres at Mahindra World City SEZ, Chengalpattu, Chennai.
The company will sell the building for Rs. 60 crore to Caresoft Mobility Private Ltd. and the consideration will be received in two tranches, the company said in a stock exchange filing.
The announcement was made at the company’s 37th anniversary celebration, themed ‘Beyond 37 – Past, Present & Future’, in Chennai.
