The project – Aum Griha – is coming up on College Road in the heart of Chennai.

The project is being pitched as a boutique development, with only 18 apartments in total – two apartments on each of the nine floors.
Navin Kumar, Managing Director of Housing & Properties Ltd., said that the project was designed for exclusivity. “This is a boutique project with just 18 homes. Each floor has only two apartments. So, there is no wall sharing and residents get the privacy and luxury feel of an independent villa. We have started the foundation work and plan to hand over the keys in the next two years,” he said.

The apartments will be 3BHK or 3BHK plus study, with large balconies. Each unit will have modern features and a five-year maintenance package. Residents will also have access to amenities such as gym, amphitheatre seating, barbecue station, reflexology path, terrace play area, solar power for common areas, EV charging points, three-car parking and a high level of security with concierge-style delivery support.
The apartments are priced starting at Rs 6.97 crore (all inclusive, excluding registration charges).

“This year we are doing better than last year. We are seeing more momentum in the last few months,” he said.
