New Executive Chef for Residency Towers in Coimbatore

In a significant strategic move, the Residency group of hotel chain has appointed Vinod Kumar as the new Executive Chef of Residency Towers Coimbatore.

“With a rich culinary background and over two decades of experience, Kumar brings an innovative approach and global perspective to the hotel’s renowned culinary offering,” said a release from the group.

“His expertise in international cuisines, regional cuisines and contemporary dining trends makes him a valuable addition to the hotel’s leadership team,” it added.

S Amarnath, General Manager, The Residency Towers Coimbatore, said that the induction of Kumar “will elevate our culinary offerings”. The Residence group has presence in Chennai, Coimbatore, Karur, Puducherry and Rameswaram.
