VinFast in service pact with myTVS

VinFast Auto India, the Indian subsidiary of Vietnamese automaker VinFast, has announced a strategic collaboration with myTVS, a leading automotive service provider, to enhance its after-sales service network.

As VinFast gears up to launch its electric vehicles in India, the partnership aims to ensure a convenient and nationwide access to maintenance and support services for customers. Under this agreement, myTVS will provide a comprehensive service coverage across India through workshops equipped with genuine parts, advanced diagnostic tools and highly trained technical personnel.

Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia, emphasised the company’s commitment to offering high-quality vehicles, fair pricing and robust after-sales support. He said that the partnership with myTVS reflected VinFast’s long-term focus on the Indian market and its dedication to customer satisfaction.

VinFast plans to establish 120 Extended Service Workshops in collaboration with service partners like myTVS to strengthen its nationwide after-sales operations. Alongside VinFast’s upcoming dealership and service network, this alliance is expected to significantly bolster its service and charging infrastructure across the country.

Natarajan Srinivasan, CEO of myTVS, said that the partnership would help VinFast scale its growth, supported by the technology-powered after-sales service platform offered by myTVS.

Both companies will work closely on network expansion, training and consumer support initiatives to create a strong and reliable after-sales ecosystem.
