HAP Daily Exclusive Stores offer a range of brands including Arun Icecreams, Arokya, Hatsun and Hanobar. These stores retail ice creams, fresh milk, curd, buttermilk, paneer, yoghurt, juices, chocolates, butter and the like.

R.G. Chandramogan, Chairman, said that the company would continue to expand its footprint, strengthen distribution network and improve customer experience through such modern retail formats.

Hatsun Agro has recently made strategic acquisitions to expand processing capacities and increase its product portfolio with novel value-added dairy offerings. Early this month, HAP acquired an additional 1,953 equity shares, each valued at Rs 10 from the shareholders of Milk Mantra Dairy, bringing the gross purchase consideration to Rs 0.03 crore. With this latest acquisition, HAP now possesses 31,61,556 equity shares and 16,06,372 compulsorily convertible preference shares, both priced at Rs 10 each, totaling a cumulative purchase consideration of Rs 232.80 crore.

This acquisition represents a 99.84 per cent stake in the issued and paid-up equity and preference share capital of Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited. The move is a strategic expansion by HAP to consolidate its position in the dairy sector and enhance its product offerings.
