Nibav Home Lifts rewards select staff with Apple products

In what is viewed as an employee-appreciation initiative, Nibav Home Lifts, home elevator brand, has rewarded its top-performing staff with an array of premium Apple products and luxury gifts. The initiative is ostensibly aimed at fostering a culture of motivation, inclusive, and performance excellence.

Employees who exceeded sales targets in the final quarter of 2024 were recognised with high-end Apple MacBooks, iPads and iWatches, alongside luxury items such as Mont Blanc pens and Marshall speakers.

“At Nibav, our employees are not just team members—they are integral to our success,” said Vimal R Babu, CEO of Nibav Home Lifts, in a release. “Their dedication and drive have propelled us forward, making the past year a landmark in our journey. Our approach to appreciation is deeply rooted in meaning and value, which is why we invest in rewards that truly reflect our gratitude. By recognising excellence in tangible ways, we encourage innovation, inspire continued growth and reinforce our commitment to employee wellbeing,” he added.

The initiative goes beyond standard incentives; it reflects an ongoing promise to create a workplace where achievement is celebrated, and individuals feel seen, valued, and motivated. With a strong emphasis on people-first policies, Nibav is apparently trying to set a benchmark in corporate culture.

Based in Chennai, Nibav Home Lifts manufactures TUV-certified, EU-compliant home lifts known for their energy efficiency, affordability, and safety. Their air-driven technology and wheelchair-compatible designs give it an edge in the home mobility sector. It has four cutting-edge manufacturing units, two R&D centres in India and a presence in over 10 countries—including the UK, the USA, Australia and the UAE.
