VinFast in service pact with RoadGrid

VinFast Auto India, the Indian arm of of Vietnamese electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer VinFast, has announced a service partnership with RoadGrid, a company engaged in EV charging and aftersales services.

The partnership aims to enhance VinFast’s service and charging infrastructure across the country ahead of its upcoming product launch.

Through this partnership, VinFast is setting the stage for a seamless ownership experience by expanding its service network and deploying scalable EV solutions. The company plans to establish extended service workshops by collaborating with leading service providers like RoadGrid, further strengthening its aftersales capabilities nationwide, according to a statement.

“As we prepare for our India launch, we are focused on ensuring accessibility, reliability, and convenience for our customers,” said Pham Sanh Chau, CEO of VinFast Asia. “Our goal is to make owning an electric vehicle as effortless and reassuring as possible. By joining hands with RoadGrid, we are taking steps to ensure that every VinFast customers in India has access to dependable charging and responsive service.”.”

RoadGrid operates across several Indian cities and specialises in combining advanced charging infrastructure with responsive service models. The company’s expertise in diagnostics-driven services and real-time connectivity will be central to supporting VinFast’s expanding EV ecosystem.

Deepesh Shrinath, CEO of RoadGrid, stated that VinFast’s entry into the Indian EV market marked a turning point, and expressed pride in being part of the company’s journey. He added that together, they aimed to redefine EV ownership through smart infrastructure, real-time connectivity, and a reliable service backbone.

The partnership focuses on a fully integrated approach to support customer needs — including real-time charging access, connected diagnostics, and digital service tools — with the aim of creating a scalable and reliable EV experience for both private owners and fleet operators.
