“This investment is a strategic step forward in line with our AI vision of prioritizing advanced technology and proven expertise to deliver maximum value to our clients,” said Rajan Sethuraman, CEO, LatentView Analytics.

“With this investment, we are not only investing in healthcare; we are investing in an Agentic AI solution that solves a healthcare problem. LatentView will now be a preferred partner for the deployment of Healtheon AI with its customers,” he added.

“We are thrilled to welcome LatentView as an investor and strategic partner in Healtheon AI,” said Nick van Terheyden, MD, CEO of Healtheon AI.

“LatentView is a leader in the data analytics and AI space, and they have a clear, strategic vision to bring the latest in AI to their clients. Healtheon AI will build on LatentView’s global data analytics capability to deliver a unique cognitive multi-agent platform built specifically for healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). We look forward to growing with this partnership,” he added.

Unlike traditional automation tools, Healtheon AI’s architecture deploys specialized, role-based AI agents working together in a decentralized, fault-tolerant system, capable of handling the complexity and high-stakes nature of healthcare finance, according to statement from LatentView Analytics.

From eligibility verification and prior authorization to medical coding, claims processing, and denial remediation, Healtheon AI’s agents integrate seamlessly with human teams to navigate clinical, financial, and regulatory workflows with precision and resilience.

The system is built to deploy at scale for real-time processing, with performance contracts anchored in quantifiable outcomes and guaranteed reduction in RCM labor costs and denial leakage. The partnership will deploy “AI workers” that predict, prescribe, and act in an explainable and compliant manner, reducing administrative waste.

“This investment is in line with our strategy of a build-invest-partner approach to become an AI-first and AI-led organization. We see significant synergies from this partnership,” Rajan Venkatesan, CFO, LatentView Analytics, said.

Sridhar Obilisetty, who serves on the Board of Directors at Healtheon AI, said, “The strategic synergy between LatentView and Healtheon AI is unique in the industry. By combining Healtheon AI’s autonomous, agentic AI innovations purpose built for healthcare with LatentView’s leading horizontal analytics expertise, we are creating a highly differentiated partnership. Together, we are positioned to deliver value across the entire healthcare ecosystem, including providers, patients, health systems, and payors. We are excited to partner with LatentView as we expand our footprint and accelerate impact.”
