Reliance Retail sells Reliance Projects for Rs 274 crore

Reliance Industries Ltd. has said that its step-down subsidiary, Reliance Retail Limited (RRL), has sold its 100 per cent equity stake in Reliance Projects & Property Management Services Limited (RPPMSL) to Jaipur Enclave Private Ltd. for Rs. 274 crore.

Consequently, RPPMSL has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company, the company said in a stock exchange filing.

The buyer does not belong to the promoter / promoter group / group companies of the company, it said.

Reliance Projects & Property Management Services contributed Rs. 6,412.60 crore or 0.06 per cent to the consolidated turnover of Reliance Industries for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. It had a networth of Rs. 342.45 crore as on March 31, 2025, representing 0.06 per cent.
