KICL aims to build a Rs 2,500-crore beverage business by 2035.
The pure, natural and refreshing drink is crafted for today’s active and evolving customers and tomorrow’s possibilities, sourced from the authentic coconut farms of Tamil Nadu. CHUSIP is 100 per cent natural tender coconut water with no sugar and no preservatives. The new range of Coco Twist coconut water is currently available in 200 ml priced Rs. 50 with a 1 litre pack to be introduced soon, the company said in a statement.
KICL plans to introduce a wide choice of flavours in the coming days. The beverage portfolio ranges from the clean and naturally mild taste of tender coconut water to smooth fruit drinks and fruit drinks with and without pulp and distinctive chew of Nata De Coco.

“Our research finding shows there is a trend emerging in India of consumers moving towards healthy, natural and authentic choices. We strongly believe this is the right time to bring back the purity of nature in the form of coconut water sourced from the finest coconut farms. This launch marks KICL’s foray into the FMCG sector and is the first step towards building a portfolio that is rooted in nature, health and trust,” Ahmed added.
In the first phase, CHUSIP will focus on strengthening its presence in South India. The company plans to appoint 100 distributors and trade partners across Tamil Nadu, Keralam and Karnataka.
Going forward, KICL aims to expand beverage portfolio across general / modern / digital commerce through sustained brand building and gradually expand its portfolio to international markets.
