Ashok Leyland May domestic truck sales drop 5%

Ashok Leyland Ltd said its domestic medium and heavy commercial vehicle trucks sales declined 5 per cent to 7,065 units in May 2026 from 7,466 units in the comparable period last year.

Domestic bus sales declined 35 per cent to 1,255 units in May 2026 from 1,920 units in the same period last year.

Overall, the company’s sales declined 4 per cent to 14,923 units in May 2026 from 15,484 units in the comparable period last year.
