CaratLane, a leading omnichannel jewellery brand, celebrated its 17th anniversary with the grand opening of its newest store on Usman Road in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, today.

Addressing the occasion, Saumen Bhaumik, Managing Director, said, “we celebrate our 17th anniversary with the launch of this new format store on Usman Road, Chennai.”

By combining design-led innovation with local sensibilities, CaratLane ensures that its offerings resonate deeply with customers in Tamil Nadu and across south India. CaratLane is also experimenting with a new version of virtual try-ons. “The designer team is working on early feedback, which allows them to get feedback and implement it in the final designs,” said Atul Sinha, Chief Operating Officer.

The company plans to continue its expansion into more tier-2 and -3 towns, introduce locally-inspired designs and invest in technology to enrich the customer journey both online and offline.
