CIEL HR Services Limited raises Rs 30 Cr via Pre-IPO

Hr services provider CIEL HR Services Ltd. has raised Rs. 30 crore in pre-ipo placement, which saw participation from a slew of investors, including Zoho Corporation.

The company issued 2,727,272 equity shares at Rs 110 per share (including a share premium of Rs 108 per equity share).
KVPS Investments – Family office of popular retailers Pothys, Standard Fireworks, and Kaliswari Fireworks, and N S Rajan, former Group Chief Human Resources Officer of Tata Sons, were among the 88 investors who participated in the pre-ipo placement, the company said.
Following the pre-IPO placement, the company said its fresh issue size has been reduced by Rs 30 crore from the initial proposal of Rs 328.078 crore. “The offer for sale” by the selling shareholder remains unchanged at 4,739,336 equity shares, it added.
