Hatsun Agro reports robust Q2 numbers

Chennai-based dairy company, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. (HAP), has reported revenue from operations of Rs 2,427.59 crore for Q2 FY26, up 17.16 per cent from Rs 2,072.10 crore in Q2 FY25.

Chennai-based dairy company Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. has reported revenue from operations of Rs 2427.59 crore for Q2 FY26, up 17.16 per cent from Rs 2072.10 crore in Q2 FY25. Profit after tax stood at Rs 109.54 crore, a rise of 70.31 per cent compared to Rs 64.32 crore in the same period last year. The growth was supported by steady demand for milk, yoghurt and ice cream, along with stable milk procurement from its farmer network. R G Chandramogan, Chairman, said that the performance showed the benefit of consistent groundwork and a focused approach to growth. The demand across core dairy products remained strong, supported by expansion in key markets, he added. “The company continues to work on improving efficiency across its value chain, from farmer engagement to distribution, while maintaining quality and freshness across factories,” a release said
