When Ramalinga Raju voluntarily confessed to forging books of accounts, all hell broke loose. India’s upcoming IT services image was at the cusp of being tarnished. IT was a major exchequer to the government, and any damage would severely impact the economy. The government stepped in, formed a team of formidable men and within the next 100 days, the turn around happened. It astonished everyone.

Now it’s your turn. Read the book Tech Phoenix: Satyam’s 100-day turnaround co-written by T N Manoharan the government-nominated member on the Satyam board that spearheaded the revival and V Pattabhi Ram a chartered accountant. And read the exclusive case written by ICFAI.

Form a team of two people from your institution. Imagine you had been invited by the government to rescue the company. Investors’ trust, employees’ hope, country’s image, all rest in the crucial decisions that you and your team make. What would you have done differently to save the sinking ship?

Send in your thought-provoking original solution and stand a chance to be shortlisted for the regional level and thereafter to the national level.
