Ramco Cements disposes non-core assets worth ₹501 cr

The Ramco Cements Ltd said it has successfully completed the disposal of non-core assets amounting to ₹500.86 crore as part of its ongoing monetisation initiative.

In a previous update dated November 11, 2024, the company had announced its plan to dispose of non-core assets worth approximately ₹1,000 crore. On July 12, 2025, the company confirmed having monetised ₹483.84 crore under this initiative.

In a further development, the company disclosed that it has sold shares held in other companies for ₹17.02 crore. This transaction, which exceeded the materiality threshold of ₹15.70 crore, was completed on Thursday, the company said in a filing to stock exchanges.
With this, the total value realised from non-core asset disposals stands at ₹500.86 crore.
