The new development offers 340 spacious 2- and 3-bedroom residences across approximately 5 lakh square feet of saleable area, with a projected revenue potential exceeding ₹350 crore, the company said.

The project is expected to be developed over the next three years and aims to cater to the growing demand for well-connected, thoughtfully designed urban homes.

A standout feature of the project is what the company describes as South Bengaluru’s largest Sky Terrace—an elevated space offering panoramic views and immersive experiences.

Vivek Venkateswar, Director – Strategic Marketing Projects at Shriram Properties, stated that the project reflected the company’s continued commitment to building future-ready communities. He explained that it was designed to combine smart architecture with a strategic location to offer intentional and well-connected living experiences.

Situated near key infrastructure such as the Bommasandra Metro Station and Narayana Hrudayalaya, the project also benefits from proximity to over 500 IT firms and major tech hubs, including Wipro, Infosys, and HP. With easy access to the Bengaluru-Chennai Expressway and the upcoming Hosur Airport, the location offers strong connectivity for both professionals and families, the company added.

Gopalakrishnan J, Executive Director & CEO of Shriram Properties, stated that the project’s unique layout and lifestyle offerings are expected to drive strong demand. “We are confident of success, especially following the overwhelming response to our recent launch in Pune under ‘Codename Superstar,’” he said.
