Significantly enough, the list includes International Solar Alliance (ISA), which is headquartered in India.

The International Solar Alliance (ISA) is a global initiative launched in 2015 by India and France at the COP21 summit in Paris to promote solar energy as a sustainable solution for energy access and climate change. Headquartered in India, the ISA is the first international organization established in the country, reflecting India’s commitment to multilateralism and a carbon-neutral future.

Prior the Trump’s decision to pull out America from the Alliance, it had 120 signatory-countries.

The ISA plays a key role in advancing global solar co-operation, enhancing energy security, and supporting the transition to cleaner energy systems.

Trump has also issued a fiat to the Secretary of State to conduct a review of all international inter-governmental organisations where the USA has been a member.
