Accessible at https://locate.iob.in or via the “Locations” link on the bank’s official website www.iob.in, the tool provides users with quick access to branch addresses, directions, IFSC codes and even direct call options for contacting specific branches.

As part of its digital expansion, IOB has introduced dedicated mini-websites for each of its banking locations. This initiative aims to enhance customer service by utilising the bank’s extensive local network and providing accurate, up-to-date information.

“With increasing Internet and mobile penetration across India, tools like Locate IOB are essential for meeting customer expectations,” the bank said. “These tools help the bank deliver an excellent customer experience, whether customers visit in person or engage online,” it added.
