The move underscores Kia’s efforts to accelerate EV adoption by ensuring seamless charging, robust service support, and a user-friendly ownership experience.

Central to this ecosystem is K-Charge, a new digital platform embedded in the MyKia app, which provides Kia EV owners access to over 11,000 charging points across India. Developed in collaboration with 18 leading Charge Point Operators (CPOs), K-Charge spans both urban centers and highway routes, ensuring dependable charging infrastructure for daily commutes and long-distance travel alike, according to a statement.

In addition to charger access, the EV Route Planner—available on both the MyKia app and the Kia India website—allows users to locate charging stations, check real-time availability, and make payments through a single interface, eliminating the need for multiple third-party applications.

Kia also claims to have strengthened its physical infrastructure, with over 250 EV-ready workshops nationwide, equipped with advanced tools and trained technicians. Additionally, more than 100 Kia dealerships now house DC fast chargers ranging from 60kW to 240kW, enabling quick and convenient top-ups during service visits or while on the go.

For home charging, Kia offers 7.4kW and 11kW AC charger solutions, giving users efficient and flexible charging options that go beyond typical offerings in the mass-market EV segment.

With our comprehensive EV ecosystem now in place, we are empowering customers to experience electric mobility with ease and confidence. This allows us to support the next wave of EV adoption across the country, making electric driving practical, reliable, and accessible for all, said Joonsu Cho, Chief Sales Officer, Kia India

Kia India plans to expand K-Charge access to over 20,000 charging points by mid-2026, further strengthening its nationwide coverage.
