CM Stalin inaugurates Fintech Tower at Nandambakkam

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated the Fintech Tower' at Fintech City, Nandambakkam, which is built on 2.26 acres with an investment of Rs 249 crore.

“Historic day for Tamil Nadu’s fintech ecosystem!,” Industries Minister TRB Rajaa said.

With this, Chennai consolidates its position as the prime national fintech hotspot. Built on 2.26 acres with an investment of Rs. 249 crore, the tower offers 5.56 lakh square feet of Grade A office space across two basements, ground plus eleven floors, he said.

“A LEED Platinum facility, designed to serve as the central hub for financial institutions and fintech companies. Three companies have already received their allotment orders – operations begin from day one ! This is how you build sectoral depth: by creating high-quality infrastructure that attracts global capability centres, fintech innovators and high-value service firms,” Rajaa added.
