The Ramco Aviation (Ramco), a global aviation software provider, replaces Indamer’s legacy systems with a fully integrated cloud-based solution for their internal operations. With regulatory approvals from the Directorate-General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and several international authorities, Indamer Technics Private Limited is a key player in India’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sector, provides MRO services to both commercial and private aircraft, particularly the Airbus A320 family.
India’s MRO sector handles just 15–20 per cent of aviation servicing, with most work still outsourced abroad. Indamer Technics Private Limited, a prominent Indian aviation service provider. is among the few aiming to change that. The Indian government has identified MRO as a strategic sector and provides policy and infrastructure support along with favourable tax reforms. This aims to bring back a larger share of work to India which is currently handled by overseas facilities in Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
