S Vijayakumar, Additional Chief Secretary / Commissioner, Land Reforms, is transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Industries, Investment Promotion and Commerce Department, a government order said.
He replaces Arun Roy, who was the industry secretary under previous DMK regime.
Arun Roy is transferred and posted as Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department.
