Wheels India sets up company in Europe

Wheels India Ltd. has set up a fully-owned company in Europe.

The subsidiary company is named as WIL Europe GmbH.

The share capital of the wholly-owned subsidiary is Euro 50,000 (50,000 equity shares having a face value of Euro 1 each).

The new company will engage in provision of automotive / non-automotive-related activities and services including but not limited to business development and supply chain management and other allied services, according to a Wheels India filing with the stock exchange.

To subsidiary is set up ostensibly to develop business activities in Europe.

The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company is incorporated on 17th July 2025. Its name has since entered in the commercial register of the local court of Mannheim on 17th July 2025, said the notification.
