Working space for women by woman

Women in workforce dwindle as the career path spirals up. Rearing children and managing the family takes precedence over job.  The support system for them to get back to work is poor.

Imagine if you could work peacefully from a place and network with like-minded people! That is what W Square offers you. It is a co-working place for women, especially for pregnant and new mothers. Vandana Ramanathan and Jinal Patel together have pulled up this place in Adyar to create an eco-system which will help women to get back to the workforce but at their pace and location.

Currently, passes are available on daily, monthly and for 10 days to use the space. With the second centre to come up in Mumbai, the duo has planned to expand this initiative across India.
