From employees to co-founders

Ideas2IT, a product engineering firm headquartered in Chennai, felicitated its employees by rewarding 50 cars for 50 employees as part of their wealth sharing initiative which was initiated last year. This was followed by yet another major initiative, an employee ownership programme. Through this, employees will receive a 33 per cent stake in the company, of which 5 per cent will be given to selected 40 employees who have been with the company since inception and the rest will be distributed to all the employees.

At the event, Murali Vivekanandan, Founder & Chairman, Ideas2IT said, “we believe in recognising and rewarding the exceptional talent that drives our success and growth. They are our brand ambassadors and this will surely be an incredible inspiration to other employees.”

Gayathri Vivekanandan, CEO, Ideas2IT welcomed the new partners and said, “our aim is to be even more employee-focused, especially in today’s challenging atmosphere, it is very important for us to demonstrate how we recognise our employees and retain talent.”
